BROKEN ESCALATOR IS A VIDEO THAT I THOUGHT WAS FUNNY BUT ON THE OTHER HAND, IT WAS REALLY SCARY. I MEAN TO A DEGREE THERE ARE PROBABLY PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT WILL JUST STAND THERE AND DO NOTHING UNTIL SOMEONE COMES ALONG TO GET THEM OUT OF A SITUATION THAT CAN BE AVOIDED BY JUST LOOKING DOWN AND SEEING THAT YOU HAVE 2 FEET ON YOUR BODY THAT CAN ESCORT YOU OFF THE ESCALATOR, I MEAN COME ON.
I KNOW I HAVE THE BOUT'S WITH PROCRASTINATION AND IT REALLY SUCK'S THAT I HAVE IT, BUT I AM WORKING ON IT AND HAVE DONE A FAIRLY GOOD JOB AT IT DURING THIS PAST YEAR, BUT I STILL NEED WORK.
AS FOR THE 2 PEOPLE ON THE ESCALATOR, THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH STRESS WHAT SO EVER, IT IS A PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH PROBLEM THAT THEY HAVE IN THEIR BRAIN THAT IS LETTING ME KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT USING THEIR BRAIN'S TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY, AND THAT IS VERY SAD. I TRULY HOPE THOSE TWO GET SOME SERIOUS HELP!

Answers to Nutrition Questions.
CARBS:
3. I have consumed an average of 310 carbohydrates for the 2 day's of keeping track of food intake
4. On average, I ammassed 2,500 calories for the two day's.
5. Roughly about 13 percent.
6. Very, very low, either not eating the right things to boost my carb's or I calculated this wrong.
7.
List 1-Foods containing complex carbs ( Foods found in breads and Veg.)
Honey Nut Cheerios 29 per day
Subway Bread 134 per day
List 2- Foods containing Simple Carbs (Foods on the milk and fruit list)
Milk 85 per day
Ice Cream Bar 20 grams
List 3- Foods containing mostly cooncentrated simple carb.
Kit Kat Bar 27 grams
Calculations came to0.10766% of calories.
Fat- Examine my fat intake
8. I averaged 95.5 grams of fat for Friday and Saturday
9. I had a total of 859.5 calorie intake between the two days.
10. Only if I am calculating it right, WOW, 85% total energy taken up by fat.
11. Only if I calculated it wrong again, it is way too high. I need to cut down on the sauces in my subway
sandwiches and also do not eat the candy bar or ice cream bar.
12. Over the 2 day's, I totaled 228 mg of cholesterol. So I am o.k. for now.
Protein- Evaluate Protein Intake
1. On the two day's of evaluating, I consumed 80 grams in the two day's.
2. This represented 320 calories per day.
3 I only averaged 5%, this is way to low.
4. I have to begin to eat at least more fruit or something that will fill me up, but I have always had a very
small stomach, so it's hard to fill up like an average person might consume.
Vitamins/Minerals
1 WOW, I added up my two day totals of Sodium intake and my un-magic number came to 25 grams
of salt for this period. This is way out of proportion and I am looking at a heart attack in the making
if I don't change my way's, and fast.
2. Yes, I will try and order a different sandwich from Subway in the near future, or at least take away
the sauces that are put on my chicken, and also maybe find something different from the Marie
Callendars menu that I could love to eat but cut down on the salt.
CONCLUSION
I am not surprised, but still a little in shock at the numbers that came out of examination of my eating
habit's, they are very scary. I know that my diet is not very balanced at all and I would like to change
my way's as best as possible. The fact of the matter is I, like the family in the movie Food, Inc., are
on a limited income and it is really not possible at this time for me to expand my small fortune of money
on what I know is right, with only being on Disability Income right now and just getting done paying
$300.00 + on my school books just for these summer courses. I don't want to die of a heart attack
or suffer a stroke, and I know that the one way to possibly avoid that is to eat healty.
I will try to do better in the future and take the time to see what I should be feeding myself, it's of most
importance to me if I want to be able to hang around on this planet for a little while longer.
